We had fun looking at the coast guards that was on duty, playing in the sand and looking for beach items. We were warmly welcomed by the mechanic of the lifeboat, Mike, who very kindly showed us around both the boat, and the building in which it is housed. We went inside the wheelhouse, and were amazed by the technology and technicality of what we saw.
